Edward Engelhart graduated from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, in 1973, receiving a Bachelor’s of Arts degree. He got his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University Law School in Newark, New Jersey, graduating in 1979. Today, Edward Engelhart is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the U.S. Federal Court system. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and has had several cases appear before the New Jersey Appellate Division. He even published an opinion that resulted in a new law affecting transferring high school students and their athletic eligibility.
